It is said that the highest infrastructure needed for the operation of a society is peace, this is because, where there is no peace, development are always difficult to achieve.

The primary goal of education is to prepare students for success in adult life. Since education helps to attain success in adult life, it implies that the rate of development of any given society is dependent on the quality of accessible mass education which includes the quality of workforce in the education sector, and also the mass education curriculum.

To inspire higher level of performance by the teachers, the chairman of the Post Primary School Management Board (PPSMB), Dr Mrs Favour Ugwuanyi mni and the PPSMB Board Members organized a first of its kind *TEACHERS SUMMIT* on January 21, 2023 at Okpara Square to X-ray the role of teachers in nation building.

The Executive Chairman of PPSMB Enugu, *Dr. Favour Ugwuanyi mni FCISM,* was on 20th December 2022, presented with an "Award of Excellence" in recognition of her selfless services to humanity by Rotary Club of Trans Ekulu, District 9142.

Graduands of the last batch of SKILLFEST, a free skill acquisition program organized by chairman, PPSMB, Dr Favor Ugwuanyi mni for teenagers that concluded WAEC NECO exams to keep them busy while awaiting admissions into tertiary institutions are now putting their newly acquired skills to profitable use.
