PPSMB ENUGU CELEBRATES GOVERNOR IFEANYI UGWUANYI'S 57TH BIRTHDAY.

On this memorable day of his 57th Birthday, we the Management, Staff and entire students of Post Primary Schools Management Board (PPSMB), heartily congratulate our great Achiever and Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Dr. Ifeanyi Lawrence Ugwuanyi.

Your Excellency, we wish to use this medium to appreciate your administration’s giant strides in all spheres of development especially in the education sector.

Consequently, we bear testimony to the innovations and other numerous interventions your administration has made in transforming secondary education in the state through the Post Primary Schools Management Board (PPSMB).

These include massive construction and reconstruction of classroom blocks, offices and hostels in the secondary schools across the six education zones of the state, Upgrade of Boys High School Orba and Youth centre Mpu to Command Secondary Schools, Supply of science equipment to 151 secondary schools, Supply and installation of computers to 200 secondary schools, recruitment of 1000 teachers , conversion of 1000 volunteer teachers to permanent staff and release of all outstanding arrears of promotion to date, regular payment of workers’ salaries as well as initiation of a process for the construction and renovation of more classroom blocks, among others.

As we heartily celebrate with our leader, our role model, our mentor and peace maker of our generation, we have dedicated this week in a series of activities to mark your birthday ranging from digital student's competition, football competition to school quiz competition and a host of others.

We pray that the good Lord will continue to shower His blessings on you and bestow you with the needed wisdom and strength to sustain these great achievements. Everything will surely end in praise to the glory of God.
