No Student should be Compelled to Buy Badges, Assembly Manual, and Results Booklet: They are Optional Necessities.

The Executive Chairman, PPSMB, Enugu, directs as follows:

1. School Badge
   1. That the school badge (school logo) is optional for students. But should not be handled by outside vendors.
   2. Schools could sell them at the cost of N250 or less; but must not compel students to purchase them.
2. Result Booklets and Assembly Manual
   1. Purchase of Assembly Manual and Results Booklet is not mandatory.
   2. However, Students without Results Booklet will not receive term results.
   3. Students unable to afford Results Booklet can still write exams and participate in all school activities.
3. School Fees
   1. Senior students who fail to pay school fees should not be sent home.
   2. However, they should not receive results until fees are paid, even if they have a Results Booklet. They are also not entitled to promotion.
