5. BRIEF HISTORY OF SCHOOL/PROFILE
6. SCHOOL E-MAIL ADDRESS (IF ANY)
7. PICTURES OF PRESENT OR PAST EVENTS OF YOUR SCHOOL.
8. PICTURES OF IMPORTANT STRUCTURES IN YOUR SCHOOL, EG, SCHOOL LAB, COMPUTER LAB AND OTHER STRUCTURES.

NOTE:
Also once there is change of leadership in a school, the incumbent principal shall immediately contact the undersigned for update of his or her records on the website.
