Over eighty teachers in the zone were interviewed for elevation to different grades and levels.

The interview started with an opening prayer by Mrs. Francisca Ojukwu of Accounts Department, PPSMB Headquarters Enugu.

Addressing the interviewees, the Head of Branch promotion, Mrs. P. U. Ozioko said that PPSMB under the leadership of Dr. Favour Ugwuanyi mni, would ever be grateful to God for giving us a kind-hearted Governor, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Dr. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi who approved the 2020 Promotion interview without hesitation.

She advised them to conduct themselves in an orderly manner to ensure the success of the exercise.

Some of those interviewed including Mrs. Nwatu Nneka of Community Secondary school Obeagu, who is on grade level 12 - 13, Mrs. Ochi Eunice of the same school who is on grade level 15 - 16 and Mr. Nnamani Emeka of Government College Agbani, also on grade level 13-14, expressed satisfaction with the conduct of the interview.
