Presenting the award, the membership's Director, Mr Adelanke Oyintoke stated that it is good to celebrate people when they are alive and that the National body of the institution, which is an independent, non-political and non-profit making organization, appreciates the chairman of the Board for her selfless services to Enugu State and Nigeria in general. He went further to say that the Institution works closely with other specialist Institutes and Associations across the world. He maintained that the Institution is registered with (CAC) in Nigeria with approval from relevant authorities.

Receiving the award, the Executive Chairman of PPSMB, Dr. Ugwuanyi expressed her appreciation to the Institute for the recognition through the award and promised that she will never relent in her selfless services to the good people of Enugu State.
