We have come to thank God for the gift of life and handover the 2023/2024 academic year to him
It was a moment of reflection for all the staff of PPSMB headquarters, during the resumption prayer meeting to mark the beginning of the term of the 2023/2024 academic year.
During the holy mass celebrated by the Executive Chairman of the board, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hilary Mgbodile, he expressed gratitude to God for sustaining the lives of all the workers; and enjoined all to keep their trust in God and always go to Him in prayers.
Furthermore, an interdenominational prayer was led by Fr. Paulinus Ogara; with the theme: "Come and Remain with us Lord" taken from Lk. 24: 25-31 In his homily, Member 2 of the Board, Very Rev. Israel Nwafor, advised the workers to instill in themselves the attitude of obedience to God and authorities. According to him, what attracts God to us is obedience to his commandants, and if we faithfully choose to obey him, he will be with us end of quote.
In the same vein, an intercessory prayer, led by Rev. Canon Moses Neboh from the Civic, Cultural, and Moral Department featured different prayer intentions for the Board Members, Directors, and the entire staff of PPSMB.
There were clean-ups of offices and handover exercises by some staff who were affected by the recent RESHUFFLEMENT carried out, at the Board Headquarters.
