The national bureau of statistics have scored Enugu state first and overall best after review of WAEC results for public schools in entire south east and south south

Enugu state scored 93.9 percent in WAEC results for minimum of 5 credits including English and Mathematics.

Recall that governor Ugwuanyi made huge investments in Education and Dr Mrs Favor Ugwuanyi provided strict performance monitoring of teachers and students to achieve this feat.

In one year of leadership of Dr Mrs Favor Ugwuanyi, mni at the Post Primary School Management board, the result is clear and outstanding.

Dr Favor Ugwuanyi is an Amazon, a champion achiever.

Dr Favor Ugwuanyi also attracted important personalities who offered scholarship to University to over 200 highly gifted but Indigent students. Special exams were organized to select by merit the worthy recipients of the scholarship scheme

This amazing champion achiever also attracted philanthropists to assist in payment of WAEC registration fees for students from remote areas. This took away burdens from poor parents to encourage mainly girl children to sit for WAEC and discourage teen marriage due to poverty.

Dr Mrs Favor Ugwuanyi is the first to attract the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF POLICY AND STRATEGIC STUDIES, NIPSS to offer inhouse, intensive training for teachers. NIPSS is revered, as the highest ranking leadership development institute in Nigeria.

Dr Favor Ugwuanyi has given PPSMB a new look with an inhouse clinic, exercise gym, well furnished senior and junior staff restaurant, a well furnished youth corpers lodge, and an ultra modern mini stadium style conference center which is 90 percent complete. The HE Gov Ugwuanyi multi purpose conference center has offices , 2500 capacity hall that will revive and host secondary school science fair, inter school debates, secondary school parliament and teachers conference facility

Dr Mrs Favor Ugwuanyi also initiated the one student, one skill program tagged , SKILL FEST.

SKILL FEST is a new initiative for students that have finished WAEC to get their minds and hands busy learning various life transforming skills like ICT, fashion and design, confectionery, metal works and fabrication, furniture making, hair dressing and barbing, etc

The wife of the governor, Mrs Monica Ugwuanyi popularly addressed as mummy surprise surprise gave soft empowerment to students that performed well and promised some starter parks for this year

Enrollment have started for year 2022 SKILLFEST at the PPSMB SKILL ACQUISITION CENTER. Over 1300 students have registered for the second training.

Great credit goes to our gov whose investments in Education is now bearing fruits. Recall that the gov Ugwuanyi built new classroom blocks, rehabilitated many, provided modern teaching aids and equipped many schools with high end computers and deployed specially trained teachers for science/technical education, mathematics and English.
