She said that it is a season to rejoice and celebrate God's goodness upon PPSMB. In her words, "I pray that God will turn the board into a new PPSMB before the end of this year where the staff will love themselves and work as a team".

Dr. Ugwuanyi advised the staff in the meeting to try as much as possible to develop themselves because as far as civil service is concerned, no one has the monopoly of knowledge. She used the opportunity to announce to the entire staff that every Friday training will be from 12-1pm as to enable them attend to their office work.

The Board Chairman made all these known during her first meeting with the entire staff of the headquarters since her appointment as the Executive Chairman.

She finally prayed that God will grant everyone the heart of forgiveness.

Earlier on, Apostle AK Nons, a visiting pastor to the Board, told the staff that a new dawn has happened in PPSMB, taking his Bible quotation from the book of Ezra 4:1-6, Ist King 14 v5, and 2nd Samuel 7:12 - 14, enjoined the staff of the Board to work with the Executive Chairman with an open heart. He says that God has sent her to PPSMB to do His work and she has come to fulfill distinctiveness. He advised that non should be a hindrance and prayed generally for the progress of the board.
