The Executive Chairman of PPSMB, and the Board members celebrated the principals and CSPs for their consistent commitment towards moving the standard of Education in the state to a desired level.

 

In his opening remarks, the Chairman praised the Board Members for the synergy that exists among them; describing the cooperation as unimaginable. He equally expressed his gratitude to the six chief supervising principals, the principals, and the administrators for the various roles they played in their zones and schools; and for being able to key into the vision and mission of this new board.

 

Under a hilarious atmosphere, the Principal of Boys' Secondary School Ovoko, Dr. Donatus Ugwu, was presented with a merit award as The Noble Disciplinarian of the year 2023, which was in appreciation for his outstanding stewardship and positive impact in education.

 

Other activities featured during the event were: song rendition entitled - The Teacher by National Grammar School Nike and Community High School Emene, while Obiokoye Music Academy, presented a song entitled, "Principals Needs Better Treatment". The Gosife cultural group of PPSMB equally showcased their dancing steps at the events.

 

The principals also participated actively in an entertaining dancing competitions, and luck-deep competition; where prizes ranging from wrappers and 10kg bags of rice were won.

 

The memories of the 2023 PPSMB, Christmas party will not be forgotten in a hurry. To God be the glory.
