The Permanent Secretary made her feelings known today during the presentation of certificate to those that participated in the training and award of laptops to the best three participants.

The Permanent Secretary applauded the state Governor, Rt. Hon. Dr. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi for the financial empowerment towards this human development, also appreciated the trainer, an ICT consultant from National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies NIPSS, Mr Adeshina Adewumi.

The Permanent Secretary also used the opportunity to appreciate some other departments that have been doing well in the board with deckstop and its accessories. The departments are WORKS, SERVICOM and LEGAL /IPP units.

It was a joyous occasion as every member received his/her certificate and an envelop, while the other three persons received laptop each. Mrs Ahanonu Bridget from finance and Accounts department, Mrs Grace Nwangwu from Administration department and Mrs Okechukwu Ugochukwu from Audit department.

In appreciation, Mrs Bridget Ahanonu who was over whelmed with joy thanked the Permanent Secretary for this kind gesture and motherly care. She also appreciated the resource person for the training.
