This is following the directive of the pragmatic and prayerful Permanent Secretary of PPSMB Enugu, Evangelist Dr Favour Ugwuanyi mni, that we fast and pray to God on Thursday, the 31st of March, 2022, against the spirit of death in our schools. And so, during the Moral Instruction period, schools in Obollo-Afor Zone begged God for the forgiveness of our sins, and for none of us to die prematurely, especially our students. The response of both staff and students of our schools was great; and we hope that the loving Lord God will hear our prayers and heal our lands.

Meanwhile, many other schools in the zone, like CSS Iheakpu-Awka, CSS Uhunowerre, CSS Aguibeje, GSS Ibagwa-Aka, CHS Okpo, CSS Igogoro, CSS Imilike-Uno, etc. had their inter-house sports competitions in the past few days. It is worthy to note that this year’s sporting activities in our schools have been running smoothly as no injuries are sustained. The CSP of the Zone, Chief Basil Ezugwu always makes it clear to students that the era of lukewarm attitude of students to academics is gone with the introduction of the Uniform Examination for promotion of students to next class in Enugu State. He encourages the students to be studious and avoid cultism.
