SOME NGOs SEEK PPSMB APPROVAL FOR PARTNERSHIP.


On 6th of October 2022, some representatives of NGOs within and outside Enugu State convereged at PPSMB Headquarters to discuss on partnering with the Board (PPSMB).

The Executive Chairman of Post Primary School Management Board, Dr. Favour Ugwuanyi mni FCISM, the Board Members 1&2, Hon. John Ugochukwu Eneze and Hon. Chukwuma Ephraim Okenwa respectively and the Permanent Secretary, Engr. Remi Eze were present during the meeting.
During her interaction with the NGOs, Dr. Ugwuanyi said that the purpose of the gathering is to familiarise themselves with the new Board members.
While speaking, she recalled how she attracted an NGO that registered more than five hundred indigent students for senior WAEC and encouraged them to emulate such kind of charitable work.
She appealed to some of them that are already partnering with the Board to avoid the use of PPSMB to defraud people. According to her, "any seed you sow on earth or on our students, you shall reap the fruit".
Furthermore, the Chairman reminded them that henceforth all sensitization programs will now hold at Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi Conference Center, PPSMB Headquarters Enugu. She encouraged them to try as much as possible to always extend their sensitizational programs to Schools in rural areas.
Commending the Executive Chairman, a representative of the Women Information Network (WINET) praised the leadership of the Board for her kindness and appreciated God for the wisdom and ability to do the work. She pledged to do their best for the interest and future of the Students.
